What we collect.
If you submit the booking form, we collect the fields you entered. Name, work email, consulting network, tenure band, book-size estimate, and any question you wrote. If you email us directly, we collect whatever you put in that email.
When a consultant engages us for a pilot, we collect the contact data they hand over for reactivation under a written NDA. That data is processed on the consultant’s behalf. We do not use it for any other client, and we do not sell, rent, or share it.
What we do with it.
- Respond to you. We reply to booking-form submissions and direct emails within one business day.
- Operate the engine. For pilot clients, we use the contact list they gave us to run the reactivation sequence, reply handling, and the attribution ledger described on the home page.
- Improve internal tooling. Aggregate, de-identified metrics (reply rates, cadence performance) inform how we build. No individual contact is ever identifiable in that process.
What we don’t do.
- We do not sell or rent your data, or a client’s contact list, to any party. Ever.
- We do not combine lists across clients. Consultant A’s book never touches consultant B’s sends.
- We do not use your booking-form data for a newsletter, drip sequence, or any form of outbound marketing.
Data retention.
Booking-form submissions are retained for 18 months so we can look up a past conversation, then deleted. Pilot client contact data is retained for the duration of the engagement and for 30 days after termination, at which point it is permanently deleted and confirmed in writing. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
Your rights.
You can request access, correction, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you by emailing founder@vantagefran.com. Pilot clients have a standing export right. Their full list and reply history available in a standard format, any day, on request.
Cookies and analytics.
This site uses privacy-respecting, server-side page-view counting. No cross-site cookies, no behavioral tracking, no third-party pixels. We do not embed analytics scripts from external vendors.
Changes.
If we materially change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top and email active clients. The prior version is kept on file for reference.
