Terms of service.

These terms govern your use of this website and, for pilot clients, the specific engagement letter we countersign with you. If the engagement letter says something different, the engagement letter wins for that client.

The site.

The content here is for informational purposes. It reflects our current pilot and our reading of the industry. It is not a guarantee of outcome for any specific book. We update the numbers as the pilot progresses.

Commercial engagement.

• Founder cohort terms. Pricing, commission, and guarantee mechanics are described on the home page and in the engagement letter we countersign with you. The engagement letter is the controlling document.
• Pilot terms. Some early engagements are pilots with custom commercial terms documented in the engagement letter, not on this site.
• Cancellation. Cancellation mechanics are spelled out in the engagement letter. The home page describes the current guarantee stack.

Your identity and sends.

No follow-up message is sent under your identity without your approval. If a contact replies with a concern, they are removed from the sequence within the hour. If a regulatory concern is raised, we pause the cadence and escalate. You remain the responsible sender for anything that goes out under your name.

Data.

Pilot client lists are processed under a written NDA, stored on infrastructure we control, never combined with other clients’ data, and deleted within 30 days of engagement termination. See the privacy policy for the full picture.

Liability.

We take reputational risk seriously. It is explicitly how we underwrite the engagement. That said, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from the site or the engagement is capped at fees paid to us in the trailing twelve months. Practically, for first-cohort pilots that number is whatever the engagement letter sets.

Not affiliated.

Vantage Fran is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an agent of FranChoice, IFPG, FranServe, or any franchisor. References to these networks exist to describe the industry context.

Changes.

If we materially change these terms, we’ll update the date at the top and email active clients. The prior version is kept on file.

Governing law.

Texas, with venue in Travis County. For client engagements, the engagement letter may specify different terms, and those prevail.
