Services
Vantage Fran provides franchise lead generation and consulting services as described on our website and in any service agreement entered into between you and Vantage Fran. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in your individual engagement agreement.
Payment Terms
Payment terms, including fees, billing frequency, and accepted methods of payment, will be specified in your service agreement. All fees are due according to the schedule outlined therein. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vantage Fran shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Vantage Fran in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service engagement in accordance with the terms set forth in the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, any outstanding fees remain due and payable. Vantage Fran reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if these terms are violated.
